Creating your own logo. DIY paintings House styles and resources needed for them

Recently in ArcheAge my friend came, who was very dissatisfied with the latest addition World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth. I will not compare these games, but will simply tell you about the tips that allowed him to raise his level to 55 and his equipment rating to 3000 in three days. This guide will help any newbie from the very beginning of the game, even if you don't know anything about it.

Leveling up your character

Dwarves and Battleborn are the fastest to level up. After creating the Dwarves, you will play on the western mainland in the Nui alliance. After creating the Battleborn, you will play on the eastern continent in the Harnian Union. It is enough to complete the main storyline, which is displayed on the map with a green exclamation mark or on the second tab in the “Quest Log” window.

Completing these tasks will give you a lot of Delphic stars, which are best spent on the “Anad” rune. It is sold in the game store in the “Special” tab. One rune costs two Delphic stars and gives 10,000 experience points. With their help you will be able to increase several levels.

When the storyline at level 30 ends temporarily, go to the Golden Plains to receive a task from the Blue Salt Consortium. Mistress Caroline Grace will give out a quest that will start a new chain for several hours. This is a good upgrade, since you will be given gifts, gradually taught some game mechanics, and most importantly, experience for simply completing quests.

For the quest “The Traitor Maylin” in the Dragon Cemetery, which is almost the final one for the entire chain of quests, you will be given 50 Delphic stars as a reward. It is best to spend them on another 25 runes to level up. However, it is worth considering that these Delphic stars are needed to complete the quest chain. You can finish it at any other time.

A sequel will appear at level 40 storyline quests. Having completed them, it’s already worth taking side quests, which are found at locations. In Savannah, Ruins of Hariharalla, Hazira and the Dragon Graveyard. However, you will need minimal equipment, which can be easily obtained in instances. Find or form a group of five players to travel to the Howling Abyss or Khadir's Farm.

When the story finally sends the character to the original mainland (use the portal to the Glittering Coast in Marianhold or the Dawn Peninsula), then go fight the Ramian mobs. They provide a good amount of experience and new equipment, which was introduced in June of this year. Many players have some pieces of this equipment because it has unusual characteristics. You can view Ramian equipment here.

If you are not playing on the Khaze development server, go to the Efen Hal location. This is an island that is located west of the Primordial Continent. Between the borders there are monsters with a small amount of health. They give a lot of experience, but they do not drop Ramian equipment. In return , the drop list will often include bags and chests. They also give experience when opened, but require a large number of work points.

Every newbie should purchase a one-month premium subscription from the very beginning. It costs only 300 crystals (one crystal is equal to one ruble), and later you can pay for it using tokens that are sold for in-game gold. Thanks to the subscription, your experience when fighting monsters and doing crafts will increase by 20%, and the chance of receiving trophies by 10%. Other bonuses:

  • Possibility of owning real estate. You can put your own house and farm in the game. They are located in the middle of the location and on islands in the sea.
  • Ten work points are restored every five minutes. While in the game, five work points are awarded every five minutes. However, this does not happen outside the game. With a subscription, ten work points are restored every five minutes, even outside the game. These points are needed to create and open items to earn gold.
  • Reservoir of work points: 5000. Without premium, a maximum of 2000 work points accumulates.
  • 5 gift coins are awarded daily. During the month, 150 gift coins are credited, which are spent in the game store in the “Special” section.

The patronage of Siol is also useful thing. If the character dies from a monster, then experience will not be lost, and the likelihood of receiving trophies will increase by another 10%. Also, every day you are given a “Bottle of Ginger Drink”, which restores 2,500 work points. These are server work points that are spent on all server characters. They are displayed in green in the scale in the lower left corner. Other Cioli bonuses:

  • Mastery in all crafts increases by 10,000 units. There are many professions that are partially necessary for every player. They allow you to earn more profit and spend less work points.
  • Income from delivering cargo for gold increases by 5%. Quite a small premium, since now they carry inexpensive packs that cost an average of 20 gold. That is, only one additional gold for delivering one load.
  • Auction commission is reduced by 25%. The standard commission is 10% of the total price of the lot, but not more than 100 gold. With patronage the commission is 7.50%.
  • 100 additional honor points for boss battles in the open world. For a kill without Scioli, only up to ten honor points are given.
  • Eight additional honor points during war. During conflict and war in locations, honor points obtained in PvP are awarded. If a guild from your union declares war on you, then honor points will be awarded in locations with these stages.
  • Two more copper dragons per battle on any battlefield. Regardless of victory or defeat.

If you purchase the “Siol’s Patronage” set in the game store or at an auction, then after opening it, a “Ghostly Unicorn” will appear in your inventory for 30 days. The countdown will begin immediately. The movement speed is 13 m/s. There is one acceleration skill and two for invisibility. It is impossible to equip a pet.

A guild of the second or higher level gives a buff that increases the experience gained by 7%. If you visit events such as the bloody legion, the ghostly legion and the like, the buff will be improved. Within two hours, all effects will be doubled.

There is an "Experience Scroll" in the game store that increases it by 10% for 30 minutes. The caskets drop an “Enchanted Scroll of Experience”, which increases experience by 15%. Both items are being sold at auction.

Take a look at Cart. There should be a lot of things there before you log into the game. Some of them may be useless, but some will come in handy right now. For example, the patronage of Siol, old jars or pickaxes to replenish server work points. Perhaps one of the gifts will even give you underwear that upgrades and gives additional stats.

My friend was very lucky with what he got Fawn griffin. This is a promotion for those who have not been to the game for a long time, so they are given one chance to spin the reel. I advise you to check your account to see if it meets the requirements of the promotion or not. Follow this link and log in to your account. Click "Start Play". If the account meets the conditions of the promotion, the reel will start spinning. If it does not fit, a corresponding notification will pop up.

Equipment

If the gifts contain boxes with temporary equipment and weapons, then use them at level 50. This is temporary Epherian equipment of epic quality. After opening, the 30-day countdown will begin and during this time you need to obtain other equipment. For example, start mining Ramian equipment on the Primordial Continent, knock it out of instances, or make permanent Epherian equipment, and then improve it (the most expensive option offered).

Join the guild and purchase one of the cloaks. It is improved through synthesis. That is, it is necessary to knock out special items or other cloaks to change the quality of the item. At first, the cloak gives the usual characteristics (strength, agility, endurance, intelligence, fortitude). After recrafting, it will be possible to get attack power, critical hit chance, critical hit and others.

My friend's battle pet helps a lot. They chose a wolf who has the skill "Provocation". When the amount of health became critical, he used it to change the target of the monster. The wolf has enough health to hold off enemies for a while. The same pet is being sold at auction - Gartarein's Cub. He also has this skill, but additionally increases health by 2000 units.

Accumulate ten gold. Afterwards, go to Mirage (the blue portal leads into it) for a fast mount. This is the fastest pet and is easy to get. If you have 2000 points lying around in the bonus store, then buy a zebra. Its movement speed is 10.5 m/s, while that of a trotter is 9.9 m/s.

Earning gold

There are many ways to earn money and everyone uses what they like best. All these options are not suitable for a beginner, since first there is a goal to achieve maximum level and only then deal with the rest of the content. If you want more money, open bags from monsters. They drop some silver. This requires a premium subscription or patronage of Siol, as it requires work points to open.

There is a more complicated option. It will be difficult for a new player to get into it. At level 50, you are given a car for three days, which can hold two packs in the trunk and one on the character’s back. Transport travels at an average speed of 16 m/s. If you transport regional cargo, you can earn some gold. Study the guide with packs and don't miss the chance. It won't be long before you have a car, if you want to make one later.

Notes

A large planting space with a gazebo in the middle where you can place a bed, chests and decorative items is a very convenient thing for many gardeners in ArcheAge. To set a field size 24x24, the player needs "Drawing: Scarecrow with a straw canopy".

To make it, you need to have at your disposal a large 16x16 scarecrow and materials created independently from resources in the game. There is no need to further upgrade any profession.

When creating a 24x24 drawing in ArcheAge, you permanently lose the recipe for the 16x16 field. But it’s easy to create it again by leveling up your twink and completing the chain of quests for the big scarecrow for the East or for the West at character level 30. You can safely use all the real estate located on one account.

We will need initial reagents:

  • 6 homeowner's papers;
  • 200 packages of construction wood;
  • 75 rawhide;
  • 150 stone blocks;
  • 200 iron ingots;
  • 75 fabrics;
  • drawing: Scarecrow with a pumpkin head;

Homeowner's papers- an item that replaced the old “House Mortgages”. They can be bought in the shop, at the auction, or from other players in hand. The cost of one Paper is 35 crystals or about one hundred gold. Homeowner's papers are required to transfer any property to another owner, or to build a house or scarecrow in ArcheAge.

We find the nearest Workbench, open the craft book in the “Construction - Building Materials” section and begin making basic reagents.

You're probably bored. You impatiently fiddle with mail.ru with questions like “when?” and you are offended that it’s not “right tomorrow.” Meanwhile, before you is a huge world with its opportunities for research and experimentation, which in the future will cost you much more than now. Let's talk about paintings. You know that in the future to make them you will need to buy necessary materials in the game store for real money? And now you probably have a supply of crystals that were given to you for those very experiments. So what are you waiting for, home and art lovers?

So, despite the fact that the hint for store-bought paints says dry “Used for applying patterns to cloaks and sails,” they are suitable for painting pictures, like Heraldist Ink. But first things first.

First you must choose the design you want to see on the wall of your own home. I’m not your help here, because there’s no arguing about tastes. I will only talk about technical aspects. As the hint in the picture suggests, you need to put a file called “ucc.png” in a certain location on your disk.

The next step is to purchase Heraldist Ink. Without them you cannot make a "template" for your painting. Open the game store interface, buy one flask, catch it in a special mailbox in the lower right corner of the screen, take it into your inventory and run to the city to the Coat of Arms.

So, you have already put the file with the picture in the right place, bought Heraldist Ink and are standing at the machine. Wonderful. All you need now is to click on the “Ok” button. After a few seconds, something will rustle in your inventory and the jar of Heraldist's ink will turn into a Heraldist's Template.

Now you have an in-game template for replicating this particular painting. Even if you did not plan to replicate it and are going to safely store the one and only original behind your shutters, you will still need a template in order to make the first painting.

Obviously, you will also need a canvas. So far I have managed to discover two types of canvas: Clean Panel and Large Clean Panel. You can find them on Mirage Island. I have not yet found out whether they can be made. One of the reasons for my laziness in this matter was the rather symbolic price of one and two Delphic stars for a regular and large panel, respectively.

The area of what is considered “large” is exactly four times larger than usual, and both panels are square in shape.

In order to apply the template to the panel, you will need to go to the game store again for Ink Limitless Fantasy. Luckily, you can do this from anywhere, they cost a lot less than template ink, and they sell in packs of at least five.

So, now you have exactly everything you need in your inventory: the Heraldist Template with the desired design, the Panel and the Ink of Limitless Fantasy. Hover your cursor over the Heraldist Template, if you have more than one in your inventory, and check the thumbnail of the painting in the tooltip. What do you need? Then feel free to press the right mouse button. Another quiet rustling sound and now you have Indelible Ink in your inventory. Take them, point them at the panel in your inventory and right-click again. Your painting is ready. All that remains is to hang it on the wall. I think you can handle this.

Perhaps not all of you like square paintings. Sign me up for your club. No, if the composition in the image is appropriate, then I like the square one, but I immediately started experimenting with proportions, cutting the vertically elongated picture into three parts.

Unfortunately, I did not appreciate the size of the large panels and did not fit the height into the size of the wall. But since I really wanted to see the whole picture, I made a smaller copy of it inside the house, which fit perfectly near the window. This is where the very same templates that did not need to be created anew came in handy. Three small panels, joined vertically, formed a wonderful, from my subjective point of view, picture.

But I didn’t let up. I really wanted to place it on the veranda and, sitting in the evenings in my cozy mountainous area, remember the old legends about the journey of one magician with a group of short but lively guys. I recut the original image so that the result consisted of two large panels and two small ones. Here's what I got:

And finally, a similar experiment, but with horizontal joining of the panels:

Next, I leave you alone with my own experiments, but before that I would like to tell you about the most interesting thing that I realized while doing this whole thing. I suddenly realized that I would like to buy your paintings. That is, truly yours. There are many people among us who love and know how to draw. And now, it seems to me, very interesting opportunities are opening up for them.

Imagine that once a week, on a day off, you will hold an exhibition of your work on your own veranda. Imagine that people will come to you. And imagine that they will want to buy your paintings in the game. You can easily imagine the latter, because I personally am ready to do this with great pleasure. To have paintings drawn by the inhabitants of this world, by someone you know, is an absolutely amazing experience that can bring back to us that very atmosphere of the Parisian artists that Hemingway wrote about.

Yes, somewhere in this game there will be a bunch of all sorts of demotivators, pictures with girls and other nonsense. But nothing prevents us from making beauty around us with our own hands. Give it to others. Or sell it. And then, when asked how you make money in the game, you can say with a smile, “I draw pictures.”

ArcheAge- MMORPG sandbox. You can do almost anything in it (besides fighting, of course). There is even the ability to fly. Of course, there is no free flight (as, for example, in PerfectWorld) here, but there is the possibility of planning. Those who played Aion will not find anything fundamentally new here - flying on a glider and soaring on wings are very similar.

Types of gliders in ArcheAge

To fly you need special item, which are placed in the corresponding slot on the character. This is a glider that is very similar to a hang glider and performs the same functions as its counterpart in real world. Here is a list of all gliders:
  • Dark Falcon;
  • Falcon of Gwynedar;
  • Glory of two crowns;
  • Falcon's Shadow;
  • Glory of Hariharalla;
  • Simple glider (in four versions);
  • Red Dragon;
  • Albatross;
  • Bat;
  • Swallowtail;
  • Kraken glider.

The first five are available for purchase for real money, and the rest can be obtained in-game. All store-bought ones cost 500 crystals and differ in appearance and characteristics (slightly). On all of them, only 3 minutes of flight are available, after which you will fall to the ground (in fact, after 5 seconds you can open the glider, but during this time you will definitely find yourself on the ground) and can crash. The only exception is the Kraken glider, which allows you to fly for up to 10 minutes. But to get it you will have to defeat the Kraken more than once.

How to get a glider and improve it

But store items are not so interesting, because it is much more interesting to get something for free. And for this you will have to sweat. Unlike store-bought ones, a regular glider becomes available only from character level 10. Although it must be said that the Ferres will receive the glider much earlier, but only for the time necessary to complete the task. At level ten, you can take on the quest “The First Law of Robomechanics”, in which you just need to collect five recycling parts (either from piles on the ground or by knocking them out of monsters). You can get it from Robbie the robot in the Iron Mines location on the western continent. In any case, completing the quest will take no more than 15 minutes. After completing the quest, the player will find himself at the top of the mountain, from which he can jump to try out the flight.

The reward for the task will be a “Simple Glider”, which can later be upgraded to a high-speed one. If you don’t want to complete tasks, then you can simply buy a blueprint for this glider in Mirage. To craft a Simple Glider you will need:
  • drawing;
  • 5 packs of construction wood;
  • 3 pieces of rawhide;
  • 3 pieces of fabric;
  • 2 iron ingots;
  • and the Engineering skill.
To improve the glider, you will not need resources - only drawings. Drawings for improved, strengthened and high-speed gliders can be purchased from the same seller. For crafting you only need previous version glider, drawing and work points. That is, by using a Simple glider and a drawing of an improved one, you will get an improved one and the same with all the others. Gliders can also be improved with the help of tasks that are issued at levels 23 and 38.

The remaining gliders (Swallowtail, Bat, Albatross and Red Dragon) can be crafted. Recipes for them cost 150 Delphic stars, and resources are even more expensive. But in terms of characteristics, they are superior to a high-speed glider. In addition, all the skills of a high-speed glider are available to them, plus each has one additional skill.

Why do you need a glider in ArcheAge

In fact, in order to enjoy the flight there is no need to collect a bunch of resources or kill the Kraken. All special gliders are designed for combat (in the air and on the ground), but just for exploring the area you can get by with a high-speed one, which is quite inexpensive (especially after the price reduction).

But if you want to look stylish, then of course you have to spend a little on cooler things. Our game currency store. With us you can, and then use this gold to secure yourself a stylish glider in the game. Buy only from reliable stores; you can read about our guarantees.

In ArcheAge, characters can make a huge variety of things with their own hands, from bedside tables to luxury ships. It is noteworthy that the list is not limited to objects with a standard appearance: you can choose your own image to decorate some interior items and wardrobe details. This gives room for imagination - designer cloaks and sails highlight the members of the guilds, and unique paintings make it cozy.

To transfer the picture into the game, you need a special stamp machine, available for use in large settlements. With its help, you can select pre-prepared emblem/logo templates, and to create your own design you need a picture in PNG format, 256x256 px in size. In the settings you can set the background, color, pattern. A couple of simple manipulations - and now you are a real artist!

An important item required to create a logo is a special heraldic paint, which allows you to make an inkwell and change appearance cloaks, sails, furniture and other items.

As you can see, to get an item with a unique image you need to follow just a few simple steps:

1. Copy the desired image to the UCC folder located in the game profile folder. The file must be saved in PNG format, named "ucc" and be 256 by 256 pixels in size.

2. Go to the stamping press and select the desired image in the window that opens.

3. Click OK. Creating a coat of arms template will consume one bottle of heraldist ink.

4. The resulting template is reusable. To make a one-time stamp out of it for applying an image, right-click on the template. You should have one bottle of indelible ink in your inventory.

5. Right-click on the resulting stamp and select the item you want to decorate with the design.

Use your handmade item with pride!
